Abdulaziz is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Quality and Customer Experience at the General Authority of Civil Aviation, during his current engagement, Abdulaziz built the passenger experience framework from a regulatory perspective. In addition to his work, He is board member of (ALTANFEETHI) and a member of the executive committees, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saudi Aviation Academy, and prior to this, His experience spans the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, with a stint in the USA. He has a unique profile that combines supply chain management, business process management, management consulting, and quality and customer experience. and prior to this, he was an executive consultant at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, overseeing and building an NTP-based strategy and initiatives for the nonprofit sector. Prior to this, Abdulaziz served at ELM and SABIC in several posts in supply chain management and business process management. Abdulaziz holds a master's degree in engineering management from the University of Southern California, USC, and has graduated from Harvard Business School, HBS, after completing an alternative EMBA.
