Eileen Poh

Representative of Singapore on the Council of ICAO

Eileen Poh has over 30 years of experience across a wide spectrum of aviation and airport-related businesses, with both public and private sector perspectives. These include leadership roles in airport investments development, airport business planning and implementation, air hub development, airport capacity and master planning, hands-on airport management and operations, slots allocation and service efficiency management. She has been involved in bilateral and multi-lateral air services and climate change negotiations, airport marketing missions, international aeropolitics, commercial retail initiatives, airport IT and operational implementations and aviation training and pedagogical transformation for the next generation of aviation professional.

She currently holds the appointment of Permanent Representative of Singapore on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), contributing as a member of the governing board on international policies and strategies.

Eileen Poh was awarded the Singapore Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2017. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore and attended the Oxford Air Transport Program (Oxford University, UK). She lectured at the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) and conducted seminars on public private partnership concepts. She was appointed the Third Vice Chair of the Administration Commission at the 40th ICAO Assembly.
