Fabiola brings over 25 years of unparalleled experience at Munich Airport where she has played a key role in enhancing passenger experience and terminal services. Currently leading the Airport Academy Product Management she has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Strategy, General Manager of Terminal Operations T2. and Vice President of Quality Management and Passenger Experience.
She has been instrumental in Munich Airport's 5 Star Program and Best in Class initiatives, helping to elevate the airport's reputation for excellence in customer experience. Her project management expertise includes overseeing critical operations such as the Trial Operations for Terminal 2 in Munich and DRAT projects in Brussels and Athens.
In addition to her operational roles, FabioIa represents Munich Airport in international committees of ACI World and ACI Europe, contributing to the global conversation on airport and staff development. Fluent in Spanish, German. and English, she holds two university diplomas is AELP graduate and certified trainer and coach.
