Justin Erbacci began his current role as Director General ofAirports Council International (ACI) World in September 2024.
A seasoned aviation professional and visionary leader with aproven track record, Justin previously served as ChiefExecutive Officer – Airports at NEOM in Saudi Arabia and asChief Executive Officer of Los Angeles World Airports(LAWA). Justin also excelled as Chief Operating Officer, ChiefIT and Commercial Strategy Officer and Chief IT andInnovation Officer at LAWA.
Prior to his tenure at LAWA, Justin was Vice President ofCustomer Experience and Technology at the airline allianceStar Alliance Services GmbH. His ability to drive innovationand leverage technology was developed during his ITleadership roles at major global companies such as CreditSuisse and United Airlines. Earlier, he gained experience atmanagement consultancies including CambridgeManagement Consultants and Deloitte and Touche.
Mr.Erbacci also practiced law as a civil rights defense litigator. Mr. Erbacci holds a Master of Business Administrationdegree from the Vienna School of Economics/University ofSouth Carolina, a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Universityof Chicago’s School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts fromLoyola University of Chicago.
